Living in Marbella
Marbella is the best-known town on the Costa del Sol: a long coastline, a lively old town, restaurants and services open all year, international schools and some of the best golf in Spain. It is busy in summer and very liveable the rest of the year.
The municipality stretches along more than 25 kilometres of coast. San Pedro de Alcántara and Nueva Andalucía in the west, the Golden Mile and the town centre in the middle, and the beach communities of East Marbella each feel different, so it pays to choose the area before choosing the house.
The market runs from apartments near the beach to frontline villas, and prices vary a lot from one area to the next. I can show you where your budget goes furthest.
