Living in Estepona

Estepona has changed a lot in recent years. The old town has been restored street by street, the promenade runs for kilometres along the beach, and new residential areas have grown up along the coast and in the hills behind it. It still feels like a Spanish town, with everything you need all year round.

Between Estepona and San Pedro lies the New Golden Mile, a stretch of beach developments, golf and modern apartments. West of town the coast is quieter, with Gibraltar and the Sotogrande marina within easy reach.

Many of the new developments on the coast are being built here, so there is a wide choice of modern apartments, penthouses and townhouses, often at lower prices than in Marbella.
